Subscriptions sold by The Rockstar Platform, are done so in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Additionally, we are not liable and will not be held responsible for any personal loss, loss of profits or revenue, loss of business or opportunities, or loss of customers or clients as a result of your subscription with The Rockstar Platform.
Whilst we attempt to provide the best support possible for our subscriptions, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.
Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal
The Rockstar Platform provides 3 tiers of automatically recurring subscriptions that renew each period that is established during the original purchase.
The purchaser’s subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless the purchaser cancels their subscription prior to the automatic renewal date.
Please note the following details of The Rockstar Platform subscriptions:
- Basic Tier Membership is not a subscription, but a one-time membership purchase.
- You may cancel your Basic membership at any time from your Account page on The Rockstar Platform's website.
- Classic Tier Membership Subscription renewals are automatically processed annually on the anniversary of your original purchase. The license renewal will continue and remain valid for each one (1) year unless the subscription is cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- You may cancel your Classic membership subscription at any time from your Account page on The Rockstar Platform's website.
- If you choose to cancel your subscription you will no longer receive updates and support for your Classic membership subscription when your subscription expires.
- Your renewal price will be locked in at the time of checkout for as long as your Classic membership subscription remains active.
- Elite Tier Membership Subscription renewals are not automatically processed annually on the anniversary of your original purchase, and will be considered canceled after (1) year of membership.
- You may cancel your Elite membership subscription at any time from your Account page on The Rockstar Platform's website.
- If you choose to cancel your subscription you will no longer receive updates and support for your Elite membership subscription when your subscription expires.
- Your renewal price will be locked in at the time of checkout for as long as your Elite membership subscription remains active.
- Legacy pricing: If you choose to cancel your subscription, and your renewal price is lower than the current listed price for your license (a “legacy” price), the lower renewal price may no longer be available to you.
- If you choose to renew your subscription after it has been cancelled and your membership has expired, you will be charged the current listed price for your membership subscription type. We may not apply older or legacy pricing to your new renewal purchase.
- We will send you an email 7 days prior to your renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed
- If you choose to cancel your subscription your membership will expire on the anniversary of the original purchase, and you will no longer receive updates and support for The Rockstar Platform.

Price Changes
The Rockstar Platform, reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.

We consider threats of refunds as refund requests and will process them immediately.
The Rockstar Platform, may occasionally send you emails related to the purchase of product(s) from our company. We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to membership updates, promotions, and the like. We will never sell or release your email to any third party vendors. You may opt out of these emails at any time without penalty.

Membership Agreement
By purchasing our product(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.
Changes.
We are constantly updating our Services, and that means sometimes we have to change the legal terms under which our Services are offered. If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on one of our blogs, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your The Rockstar Platform account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using our Services. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Severability
If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
